2. Place your order

Once your order is confirmed, we'll provide you with a unique Keepsake ID and instructions for sending your inclusion.

3. Prepare your inclusion

You'll receive instructions on how to package and identify it correctly.

4. Send it to us

You can use PUDO or your preferred courier.

5. We create your keepsake

Once your inclusion arrives, we'll carefully match it to your order and begin creating your piece.
